GoProof 14-day free trial

What You Get in the GoProof Free Trial

The best way to judge online proofing software is to run a real job through it. The GoProof free trial lasts 14 days, needs no credit card and carries no obligation to continue.

How the Trial Works

You sign up on the pricing page, create your account and start proofing. There is nothing to cancel if you decide GoProof is not for you. If you would rather see it first, you can also book a demo.

What to Test in 14 Days

Fourteen days passes quickly, so plan the trial before you start. This sequence covers the things that decide whether a proofing tool suits a team.

  1. Upload a real file. Use artwork, a PDF or a video from a live project, not a sample. Check that it displays properly and that comments can be placed accurately.
  2. Invite real reviewers. Send it to a colleague and a client. Reviewers are unlimited and do not need a paid licence, so invite whoever would normally give feedback.
  3. Upload a second version. Use version comparison to see exactly what changed, which is where proofing saves the most time.
  4. Set up an approval workflow. Route a proof through two stages, for example internal review and then client sign-off, and see how it feels to run.
  5. Try the Adobe extension. If your designers work in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or Premiere Pro, send a proof from inside the app and bring the changes back.
  6. Connect your project tool. If you use monday.com, Asana or similar, check that the integration fits how you already work.

What Happens After the Trial

GoProof's plans are published. Connect is $129 a month billed yearly for up to 2 users, and Pro is $259 a month billed yearly for up to 5 users, with Enterprise quoted for larger teams. Every plan includes unlimited proofs and unlimited reviewers, so you pay for the people who create proofs. Our guide to online proofing software pricing explains how to work out which plan you would need.

Comparing Before You Decide

If you are trialling more than one tool, run the same project through each. We have compared GoProof with Filestage, Ziflow, PageProof and ProofHub, and there is a side-by-side table as well.

Smarter Proofing. Faster Approvals. GoProof.
