GoProof connects in four ways. Design tools: the free Adobe extension (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro), plus Figma and Canva. Work management: monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Trello and Basecamp, where jobs link to your tasks. Chat and calendar: Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Calendar. Automation and API: Zapier, OttoKit, Pabbly and a personal API key. All of them are included on every plan.

How Figma and Canva connect. Figma works through a GoProof plug-in. You connect your Figma account from the Integrations page, then create a job and proof from the file you have open and upload frames for review, with an Open in Figma link back to the design. Canva works through the GoProof app, which you install from inside Canva. You choose a client and project, name the proof and set a deadline, and the design pages are sent to GoProof for review, with an Open in Canva link back. Both send designs to GoProof for review. They are separate from the Adobe extension and do not offer the same tools.
