Connect your own tools and scripts to GoProof with a personal API key
1. Log in to your GoProof account.
2. Go to the Apps page via your profile name (top-right corner) > Apps, and find the API key card.
3. Generate your key, then use Show or Copy to take it. Each user has one key, and regenerating it replaces the old one.
4. Send the key in an X-API-KEY header. Requests act as you, within your company. You can also exchange the key for a short-lived bearer token, which lasts 15 minutes by default.
Your API key is ready to use. Keep it private, like a password.
