GoProof + Asana

1. Login to your GoProof account.
2. Go to the Apps page via your profile name (top-right corner) > Apps.
3. Enable the Asana card.
4. Login to your Asana account.
5. Allow the integration between Asana and GoProof.

Your GoProof and Asana accounts are now connected.

1. Go to one of your Asana projects.
2. Click on the ‘Customize’ option on the top-right corner.
3. Select 'Apps'. Search for GoProof and select 'Add to project'.
4. The GoProof app will be added to your tasks as a ‘Create’ option.

You can now use GoProof to create a job or send a proof on each task within the project.

1. Go to one of your projects and view a task.
2. In the GoProof section, click on the ‘Create’ option.
3. Make sure you are logged in to your GoProof account.
4. Select the ‘Job’ option.Select or enter the ‘Client’ and ‘Project’ names.
5. Click Submit to create the job.

The GoProof job has now been created and linked to your Asana task. You can view the job by clicking the GoProof section details within your task.

1. Go to one of your projects and view a task.
2. Add one or more files to your task.
3. In the GoProof section, click on the ‘Create’ option.
4. Make sure you are logged in to your GoProof account.
5. Select the Proof option and select the files you wish to proof.
6. Select or enter the ‘Client’ and ‘Project’ names.
7. Click Submit to create the job.

The GoProof proof has now been created and linked to your Asana task. You can view the proof by clicking the GoProof section details within your task.

1. Click on the GoProof ‘Create’ button or the proof details from one of your Asana tasks.
2. You will be redirected to the GoProof login page.
3. Click ‘Sign-up’ on the top-right corner.

Your email address will be checked and if a GoProof company exists, you can enter your details to request an account from your GoProof admin user.
