GoProof vs PageProof: Online Proofing Compared

6 Oct 2026
PageProof and GoProof are both online proofing tools with unlimited reviewers and Adobe Creative Cloud plug-ins. They differ most in how they are priced, how much storage and Adobe coverage each plan includes, and the size of team each one is built around.

GoProof is our product, so read this with that in mind. Facts come from each vendor's published pricing and product pages, last checked in October 2026. Confirm current details with each vendor before you buy.

Pricing and Seats

PageProof's pricing page does not set a user limit on its Team and Team Plus plans, so the price covers your whole team. That can be good value for a large production team. Its plans also include credits for its AI features, with 250 on Team and 500 on Team Plus.

GoProof charges by the people who create proofs. Connect includes up to 2 users and Pro up to 5, with unlimited proofs on every plan, and Enterprise starts at 10 users. For a small team the entry price is much lower. For a large team, a flat-rate plan may cost less overall. As always, count your creators first.

Storage

PageProof lists unlimited storage on all plans. GoProof's allowances are 500GB, 1TB and 4TB or more on Enterprise. If you handle a great deal of video or large print artwork, that is a real point in PageProof's favour. Check your likely volumes against GoProof's limits.

Adobe Creative Cloud

PageProof offers a free plug-in covering InDesign, InCopy, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Express. GoProof's free extension runs from inside InDesign, InCopy, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, and does not currently cover After Effects or Adobe Express. In GoProof, designers send proofs out and get changes back without leaving the Adobe app, and reviewers can edit text boxes you have unlocked for them.

Workflows and Integrations

PageProof lists unlimited workflow templates on every plan. GoProof supports multi-stage reviews with triggers and routing, with unlimited workflows on Enterprise.

GoProof connects with monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Basecamp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar and Zapier on every plan. PageProof lists Asana, monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, Slack and Microsoft Teams, with Zapier and Make for other tools. On PageProof, delivery of final files to project management tools starts on Team Plus.

Enterprise and Security

PageProof's Enterprise plan adds SSO with SCIM provisioning, data sovereignty options across 14 regions, digital signing and a customer success manager. GoProof Pro includes single sign-on, and Enterprise adds an SLA, a dedicated client service manager and custom onboarding. Oppolis Software, the company behind GoProof, is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. If data location matters to you, ask each vendor.

Which One Suits Which Team

PageProof may suit you if you have a large team creating proofs, handle a lot of video or large files, or need After Effects or Adobe Express coverage.

GoProof may suit you if a smaller team creates the proofs, you want a lower entry price and a monthly billing option, and you want every integration included from the first plan.

Run the same real project through both and see which your team prefers. See GoProof pricing, or compare more tools. PageProof's own details are on its pricing page.
