GoProof vs Ziflow: Online Proofing Compared

6 Oct 2026
Ziflow and GoProof are both browser-based online proofing tools with unlimited reviewers and Adobe Creative Cloud integration. The differences are in how many users each plan includes, how workflows are limited, and which Adobe apps and integrations you rely on.

GoProof is our product, so read this with that in mind. Facts come from each vendor's published pricing, last checked in October 2026. Confirm current details with each vendor before you buy.

At a Glance

  • Reviewers: Unlimited on both.
  • Free plan: Ziflow has one for 2 users with 2GB of storage, 1 workflow stage and 60 days of review history. GoProof has a 14-day free trial instead, with no credit card.
  • Entry paid plan: Ziflow Standard is $199 a month billed yearly, with 15 users. GoProof Connect is $129 a month billed yearly, with 2 users.
  • Mid-tier plan: Ziflow Pro is $329 a month billed yearly, with 20 users. GoProof Pro is $259 a month billed yearly, with 5 users.

Users and Pricing

Ziflow includes more users on its paid plans: 15 on Standard and 20 on Pro, with 1TB and 2TB of storage. GoProof Connect includes 2 users and 500GB, and Pro includes 5 users and 1TB, with unlimited proofs on every plan.

If many people on your side create and send proofs, Ziflow's user counts may give you better value per person. If a small team creates the proofs, GoProof's lower entry prices apply. Count your creators before comparing.

Workflows

Ziflow limits workflow stages by plan: 1 on Free, 2 on Standard and 3 on Pro, with unlimited stages and templates on Enterprise. GoProof supports multi-stage reviews with triggers and routing, so a proof can move from internal review to the client automatically. If your approvals have several stages, check this limit first, because it can force an upgrade.

Adobe Creative Cloud

Ziflow offers native plug-ins for Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects. GoProof's free extension runs from inside InDesign, InCopy, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, and does not currently cover After Effects. If After Effects is central to your workflow, that matters.

Integrations

GoProof connects with monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Basecamp, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar and Zapier, and all of them are included on every plan. Ziflow lists its advanced project management integrations, including Asana and monday.com, on its Pro plan, so check which tier covers the connection you need.

Enterprise and Security

Ziflow's Enterprise plan includes SSO and SAML, white-label options, ReviewAI and a lifetime audit trail. GoProof Pro includes single sign-on, and Enterprise adds an SLA, a dedicated client service manager and custom onboarding. Oppolis Software, the company behind GoProof, is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified.

Which One Suits Which Team

Ziflow may suit you if many people create proofs, you want a free plan to start, or After Effects plug-in support matters.

GoProof may suit you if a smaller team creates proofs, you want multi-stage routing and every integration included from the first plan, and you value published prices with unlimited proofs and reviewers.

Run the same real project through both trials and see which one your team prefers using. See GoProof pricing, or compare more tools. Ziflow's own details are on its pricing page.

FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between GoProof and Ziflow?

Both offer unlimited reviewers and Adobe integration. Ziflow includes more users per paid plan (15 on Standard, 20 on Pro) and limits workflow stages on lower plans. GoProof includes 2 or 5 users per plan, lower entry prices and all integrations on every plan.

Is GoProof cheaper than Ziflow?

On published list prices, GoProof Connect ($129 a month billed yearly) and Pro ($259) are lower than Ziflow Standard ($199) and Pro ($329). Ziflow includes more users, so the value per person depends on your team size.

Does GoProof have a free plan like Ziflow?

No. GoProof offers a free 14-day trial with no credit card instead of a free plan. Ziflow's free plan is limited to 2 users, 2GB and one workflow stage.

Does GoProof support After Effects?

GoProof's Adobe extension covers InDesign, InCopy, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. It does not currently cover After Effects, which Ziflow's plug-ins do.
