GoProof is our product, so read this with that in mind. Facts come from ProofHub's published pricing, last checked in October 2026. Confirm current details with each vendor.
ProofHub covers tasks, boards, timesheets, discussions and file approvals in one workspace. Its proofing sits inside that wider product, which keeps everything together and keeps the price low for small teams.
GoProof focuses on the review and approval step. It handles proofs of artwork, video, documents and web pages, multi-stage approval routing, version comparison and a record of who approved what. It integrates with project tools such as monday.com, Asana, ClickUp and Trello rather than replacing them.
ProofHub uses flat pricing with no per-user fee. At the time of writing, Essential is $45 a month billed yearly ($50 monthly), with unlimited users, 15GB of storage and 40 projects. Ultimate Control lists $135 a month billed yearly ($150 monthly) after an introductory period, with unlimited users, 100GB of storage and unlimited projects. Both include proofing.
GoProof charges for the people who create proofs, with unlimited proofs and unlimited reviewers on every plan. Connect is $129 a month billed yearly for up to 2 users and 500GB, and Pro is $259 a month billed yearly for up to 5 users and 1TB.
For a team that needs project management as well as light proofing, ProofHub's flat fee is considerably cheaper. If proofing is the core need, the comparison is less about price and more about depth.
GoProof's free extension lets designers send proofs from inside InDesign, InCopy, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro and receive changes back. If your designers work mostly in Adobe apps, check whether any tool you consider supports that directly.
GoProof supports multi-stage reviews with triggers and routing, so a proof moves from internal review to the client without being chased. If you need approvals with several defined stages, test that process in a trial.
ProofHub's included storage is 15GB on Essential and 100GB on Ultimate Control. Video and large print files can use that quickly, so check it against your real files. GoProof includes 500GB on Connect and 1TB on Pro.
Oppolis Software, the company behind GoProof, is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, and GoProof Pro includes single sign-on.
ProofHub may suit you if you want one low-cost tool for projects, tasks and basic file approval, your team is large, and your files are modest in size.
GoProof may suit you if review and approval is where your projects stall, your designers work in Adobe apps, or you already run projects in monday.com, Asana or similar and want proofing added to that workflow.
You can also use both: keep ProofHub or another project tool for planning and use a dedicated tool for the proofs themselves. See GoProof pricing, or compare more proofing tools. ProofHub's own details are on its pricing page.
Smarter Proofing. Faster Approvals. GoProof.
