Edit, Duplicate or Archive a Project

To edit a project in GoProof:

  • From the GoProof sidebar expand the list of Clients/Teams.

Tip: If you do not see the sidebar, make sure that it is expanded by clicking on the arrow in the top-left corner of the screen.

  • Locate the Client/Teams that contains the Project you want to edit, duplicate or archive.
  • Expand the Client/Teams to reveal its Projects.
  • Locate the Project you wish to edit, duplicate or archive and click on the ellipsis menu.

Edit the project

  • Select the Edit option.
  • Make your changes and click on the Save button to confirm.

Note: Once the project/team has been marked as inactive, it will only appear on the Project Management page where you can set it to active again.

Duplicate a project

  • Select the Duplicate option.
  • The Duplicate project window will appear. You can now create a project with the same structure as the current project you are in.
  • Enter the new Project name. The new Project will be created within the same Client as it was duplicated it from.

Archive a project

  • Select the Archive option.
  • The Delete Project window will appear.
  • Click on the Archive button to proceed with the deletion.

Note: Once the Project has been archived, it will be moved to the Archived page and it will be permanently removed after a period of time.
