Restore and Permanently Delete your Client, Projects, Sections and Tasks

To help you restore or permanently remove your archived clients, projects, sections and tasks, you can visit the Archive page. This will also help you in managing your account storage limit.

This feature is only available to users with an Admin role.

  • To access the Archive page, click on your account Name on the top-right corner and select the Archive option.

  • From the Recycle Bin page, select the client, projects, sections or tasks tabs to view the deleted items.
  • Locate the deleted item you wish to restore or permanently delete.
  • Either click on the bin icon with an up arrow symbol to Restore the item or click on the bin icon with an x symbol to permanently delete the item.
