Setting up GoProof Custom Fields in ClickUp

Setting up custom fields for GoProof streamlines the process of tracking proof progress and statuses, ensuring clear communication across teams. It also makes it easier to access and manage proof URLs, improving efficiency and reducing the risk of missing updates or versions.

1. Login to your ClickUp account and click on the workspace name on the top-left corner.

2 Select the Custom Field Manager option. The Custom Field Manager window will open.

3. Select the Workspace option on the left hand-side and then click on the Create new field button on the right hand-side.

Create a Custom Field for the GoProof Status

1. Choose Dropdown as the custom field type.

2. Name the field as GoProof Status

3. Add the following status options to match the GoProof proof stages:

  • Awaiting Creative
  • Creatives Ready
  • In Proof
  • Changes Requested
  • Awaiting Amends
  • Approved
  • Approved with Changes
  • Completed

4. Click on Create to confirm.

Create a Custom Field for Proof Link

1. Select Website as the field type.

2. Name the field as GoProof Link and click on the Create button.

That's it! Once done, the proof status and proof link from your GoProof jobs or proofs will reflect in these custom fields.
