Flexible Notification and Participation Preferences
This feature empowers proof collaborators with greater control over their involvement in proofing rounds. Users can choose to stay on the proof contact list without receiving further notifications or opt out entirely from future proofing rounds. This ensures a more personalised and streamlined experience, reducing unnecessary updates while maintaining access when needed.
Two options are presented when you make a decision on the proof or when you exit the proof.
Prevent notifications about this proof - select this option if you do not wish to receive automatic proof notifications but you still want to be a collaborator in the proof (current and future proof versions). Note: you will still receive notifications when someone has replied to your comment or mentioned you in a comment. To turn them off, you will need to change your notification settings.
Remove me from future proof versions - select this option if you no longer wish to be a collaborator in the proof's next versions.
