1. Navigate to the Users page by clicking on your name in the top right corner and then select Users
2. Click on the ellipsis on the row of the user you wish to modify thier notification settings for.
2. Click on View Profile
3. Click on Notification Settings
4. Here you can turn notifications the user will receive by toggling the check box on the row of the notification setting you would like to ammend.
