Release notes - October 2026 release
This release brings audio proofing, dashboards you design yourself, a Jira Cloud connection and GoProof as an app on your home screen. Reviewers get plenty of smaller improvements as well, from voice notes to faster PDFs.

Integrations
Jira Cloud is new, and Canva, Figma and Microsoft Teams all have something fresh to connect to.
Connect with Atlassian OAuth, browse projects, issues and attachments, pull an attachment into a proof and link a job or task to an issue. Proof status goes back to Jira as a comment and a remote link, plus GoProof Status and GoProof Link fields when your site has them.
Connect with OAuth, create proofs from the Canva side and filter by document type. Choose View in Canva from a proof.
The API now supports a Figma app. Canva and Figma both appear on the Integrations page with a clear connection status.
A GoProof tab inside Teams, a compact side navigation, and uploads from Teams that create a proof or add a project asset.
You can now install GoProof as an app from your browser, and the mobile layouts have had a thorough pass.
Notifications and language
A clearer notifications bell, a proper activity history and email that speaks the recipient's language.
Teams and accounts
Clearer ownership, a proper teams area and a friendlier first-run experience.
AI
Easier to see what you're spending, and more choice over who does the work.
And more
The rest of the list. Each of these is small, but someone asked for most of them.
