Managing Company Settings as a GoProof Admin

As an Admin, you control settings that apply to your entire company. These settings determine how users create, manage and interact with projects, proofs and tasks.

To access the Company Settings...

  1. click on your Profile name (top-right corner) when logged into your account,
  2. select any of the My Account options,
  3. go to the Company Settings tab.

Company Type

  • Switch To ‘Teams’ For In-house

Switch your company to Teams mode for internal collaboration. When enabled, all instances of the system term ‘Clients’ automatically change to ‘Teams’.

Create New Items

  • Allowed To Create A Job.

Enable this setting to allow Members to create new jobs and where creatives can upload their work into for proofing.

  • Allowed To Create A Proof

Enable this setting to allow Members to create proofs for review.

  • Allowed To Create A Task

Enable this setting to allow Members to create tasks for themselves or other Project members.

Proofing

  • Make All Proofs Confidential

Enable this setting to require collaborators to enter a password before they can view any proofs you sent to them.

  • Check URLs In Proof And Add As Checklist

Enable this setting to automatically check all links in proofs and add them to a checklist for review.

  • Show Checklist On Proof Load

Enable this setting to display the checklist immediately when a proof opens.

  • Require Checklist Completion For “Request Changes”

Enable this setting to require Gatekeepers to complete the checklist before requesting changes/sending the proof back to the proof sender.

  • Require Checklist Completion For “Approve”

Enable this setting to require Gatekeepers to complete the checklist before approving a proof.

Notifications

  • Make project activity notifications default on

Enable this setting to automatically subscribe newly added Project Members and/or Guests to any activity within that project.

Channels

  • Enable channels on proof send from Addon

Enable this setting to allow Proof senders to send proofs via channels directly from the GoProof extension.

Manager Mode

  • Make ‘Save Draft’ The Primary Button

Enable this setting to prioritise the “Save Draft” button as the main action instead of sending a proof directly to the collaborators.

Management

  • Allow only admins to create Client

Enable this setting to restrict Client/Teams creation to Admin users only.

  • Allow only admins to create Project

Enable this setting to restrict Project creation to Admin users only.

Attachment Rules

  • Enable comment attachments meet minimum quality standards

Enable this setting to make sure that all attachments in comments and replies meet defined quality standards.
