Filtering, Sorting and Searching Tasks

To help you scan, find and limit your task list, you can use the filtering, sorting and searching features within the project/team. You can apply some or all of these simultaneously to quickly find or analyse your project.

Filtering tasks by name, status and/or section

  • Enter words or phrases that closely match the name of the task you want to search or filter in the Search field.
  • Click on the Status button and selected one or more statuses to filter your tasks based on the current status of your task.
  • Click on the Section button to filter your tasks based on which Section your tasks were added into.
  • Click on the Quick Filter button to filter your tasks that has New Comments, New Mentions or if they are New Proofs.

Filtering tasks by users

  • Click on the user avatar(s) in the  taskbar.
  • It will filter for the tasks from all the Sections in the Project/Team that are assigned to the user(s) you have selected.
