Change your Project View in GoProof

This article is to assist you changing your project view in order to maximise organisation and productivity.

There a 3 different view available when looking at a project:

Kanban uses visual boards to represent the workflow. The board is divided into columns that represent different sections of the project. Each column contains cards showing individual jobs or tasks.

Table shows the sections, jobs and tasks in a vertical format starting with the first section at the top and job/tasks within the section in ascending chronological order from the time of creation.

Calendar uses a visual calendar which shows the start date of each of job/task running to the deadline. If no start date has been assigned the calendar will just show the deadline date for the job/task. If no deadline is set the the job/task will not show in this view. You will also see the deadline of the whole project if one is set.
