In GoProof, you can manually update the status of a proof when needed. This provides flexibility and allows you to correct mistakes or adjust the status as the proofing progresses.
This option is only available to Admins and Members.
You can update the status of a proof in different locations, depending on your preference.
In the List view of your Proofs dashboard...
click on the ellipsis button on your selected proof,
select the Change Proof Status option,
select the appropriate status you wish your proof to transition into.
The same goes for accessing the ellipsis button when you are in the Gallery view of your Proofs dashboard.
Alternatively, you can open the associated Job for your selected proof and access the ellipsisbutton there selecting..
the Open Job option if you are in the Proofs dashboard (list or gallery view), or
by clicking on the Job for that proof in the Project view (kanban or table view).
