Adding More Collaborators to a Proof

This feature is only available to Members, GoProof Admins and Gatekeepers.

Step 1.
Access the proof via the link from your invitation email, open the proof from your dashboard

Step 2.
Click Collaborators in the side panel.

Step 3.
Click on the Share button and within the popup type the collaborator's email address in the email field or select from the list when provided.

Step 4.

Select the role and languedge that the collaborator on this proof requires.

Step 5.

Click Share

The newly added collaborator will be emailed advising that there is proof ready for them to review.
