Connecting your Microsoft Teams Account for GoProof Notifications

Connecting your Teams account with GoProof allows you to receive real-time notifications and updates in one central location, streamlining communication and reducing the need to switch between platforms. It helps ensure you stay informed and respond quickly to proofs, job and messages, thereby improving productivity and efficiency.

To connect to your Teams account with GoProof:

  1. Login to your GoProof account.
  2. Go to the Apps page via your profile name (top-right corner) > Apps.
  3. Enable the Teams card.
  4. Login to your Teams account.
  5. Allow the integration between Teams and GoProof.

Your GoProof and Teams accounts are now connected.

To set-up GoProof notifications to be sent to your Teams account:

  • Login to your GoProof account.
  • Go to the Notification settings on the top-right corner.
  • Select the relevant notification option in the Chat column.
