Using a Proof Checklist Containing Embedded URLs

This article is intended to guide Collaborators in using the checklist in a proof containing embedded URLs.
The proof checklist is designed to help Collaborators verify key steps and requirements in the collaboration process. When a proof contains embedded URLs, they are added as checklist items which are conveniently linked to detailed references, documents, or websites.

Before proceeding, ensure that you are familiar with using the checklist in the proof. If in doubt, please visit this link for guidance.

1. You can view the checklist items/tasks from the Checklist panel.

2. If the proof contains embedded URLs and the company setting to extract them has been enabled by the GoProof Admin, the URLs will be displayed as items in the proof checklist which you can validate/mark as checked.

3. Click on each URL to ensure it redirects to the appropriate page and that the page is accessible.

4. Mark as Yes or No against the URL to confirm that you have validated/checked it.

5. If an additional requirement has been added to the checklist, you will be provided with a message prompt when requesting for changes or approving the proof.

Pro tip! If the Proof sender has attached a customised checklist to the proof, they will also be displayed in the Checklist panel for you to complete.
