How do I create a new Client and Project?
This article is intended to guide you through creating additional Clients and Projects.
Before you can send your proof to your client to review, we must create some folders on the GoProof system. These are called Clients and Projects. Clients are the top level folder, typically named after the client you are producing the document for. Within the Client folder, we can create subfolders called Projects. Clients can contain many projects, projects are normally named after the job you are performing for the Client, i.e Catalog, Brochure or Flyer.
There are two methods where you can you create an additional Client or Project. One is by using the Adobe CC Add-On or the other is via the GoProof website.
Adobe CC Add-On
3. From the fly out menu, click New Client.
4. Give the new Client a name.
5. If there are other Publishers (Designers) that also need access to the new Client, you can link them to the Client. This will enable other Publishers to upload proofs to the same Client.
6. Click OK.
7. Give the Project a name and Click Save.
You have now finished creating your new Client / Project and are able to send content for review.

2. From the dashboard or top menu bar select Clients
3. In order to create a new Client, click Create A Client.
4. Enter a Client a name.
5. If there are other Publishers (Designers) that also need access to the new Client, you can link them to the Client. This will enable other Publishers to upload proofs to the same Client.
6. Click OK.
7. You will be prompted to create a Project, enter a Project name and click Next.
You have now finished creating your new Client or Project and are able to send content for review.
