How do I add another Internal Publisher?

This article is intended to guide you through adding additional Internal Publisher users.

Publishers create or manage proof content. They upload proofs for review and receive them back once they have been successfully looked at. Graphic design teams, freelancers and account managers who collaborate between the designer and the client would be typical Publishers.

Choose from one of the options below.

I want to add a new Internal Publisher

1. Sign Into the GoProof.

2. Go to Users.

3. Select Add a New User.

4. Enter the new user credentials and click Save.

  • Username
  • Email
  • Telephone (Optional)
  • Mobile (Optional)

Note: You can also add a user photo or graphic. Click Browse to select your image.

5. Click All Users to go back.

6. Your new user has been created, but they have not been added to any clients. Click Assignments to add them to your clients.

7. Select the required Client from the list on the right and click Join.

8. This will add the selected client to the Current Clients on the left hand side. Once you have added the user to all the required clients, click All Users to go back.

That’s it! You have now added your new Publisher. Your new publisher will be emailed requesting them to create a GoProof account password.

I want to convert an existing Reviewer or Gatekeeper to an Internal Publisher

1. Sign Into the GoProof.

2. Go to Users.

3. Click on the Reviewers filter.

4. Click Convert on the user you want to convert to a Internal Publisher.

5. Click Convert to confirm you want to convert your user.

6. Your user has been converted, click OK.

7. Your user has been converted, but they have not been added to any clients. Click Assignments to add them to your clients.

8. Select the required Client from the list on the right and click Join.

9. This will add the selected client to the Current Clients on the left hand side. Once you have added the user to all the required clients, click All Users to go back.

That’s it! You have converted your user. Your new publisher will be emailed requesting them to create a GoProof account password.

Note: GoProof Pro and Enterprise users should contact GoProof Support to add additional Publisher users.
