Creating your GoProof Workflow with Pabbly Connect

Create efficient, no-code workflows by connecting GoProof to your favourite apps through Pabbly Connect. Just paste your Pabbly webhook URL into GoProof to start triggering actions automatically.

In this guide, we’re using GoProof as the trigger and Google Sheets as the action to demonstrate how the integration works.

GoProof can be used as either a trigger or an action, and you can connect it with hundreds of other apps available in Pabbly Connect—the process is the same no matter which apps you choose.

1. Login to your Pabbly Connect account.

2. Click on the Create Workflow button on the top-right area of the screen.

3. Enter your preferred Workflow Name and click on the Create button to confirm.

4. In the Trigger section, search for the app that will start your workflow. A trigger can be each time you create a proof in GoProof.

4a. You will need to search and select the GoProof app.

4b. You will then be prompted to login to GoProof and grant permissions for Pabbly Connect to access your GoProof account.

4c. As your Trigger Event, select the New Proof Created option.

5. Copy the Webhook URL and add it to your Pabbly Webhooks in GoProof to create it. To learn where you can access the Pabbly Webhooks in GoProof, visit this helpsheet.

Pro tip: The important note section will inform you on how to proceed. This is a crucial testing step to make sure that your trigger is configured correctly.

6. Once a webhook response has been received and is successful, you can move on to the next section which is Action.

7. In the Action section, search for the app that will happen after your workflow has been triggered. An action can be to create a new row in one of your Google Sheets files.

7a. You will need to search and select the Google Sheets app.

7b. You will then be prompted to login to Google and grant permissions for Pabbly Connect to access your Google account.

7c. As your Action Event, select the Add New Row option.

8. Locate and select the Spreadsheet and Sheet where you want the new rows to be added every time a new proof is created in GoProof.

9. Complete the fields by selecting from the options provided based on your Trigger test response earlier. Alternatively, leave them empty.

Note: The fields provided are based on the column headers in your sheet, if you have any.

10. Click on the Save & Send Test Request button.

11. Once a response has been received and is successful, click on the Save button to save the values you have entered.

That's it! You have now created a GoProof Workflow with Pabbly Connect. It will automatically run based on the trigger and actions you have configured.
